An Art Nouveau velveteen table square, printed in shades of green, yellow and cream, designed by the Silver Studio in around 1900. The design is made up of several groups of three highly stylised flowers, each group placed at either the centre or corner junctions of an elaborate foliage border. A similar velveteen table cover appears in the Liberty & Co, Christmas catalogue for 1900, priced at 5 shillings and 3 pence.
