This design for a printed textile was created by Frank Price, one of the Silver Studio’s best designers, in 1935. Price worked for the Studio from 1922, and later became chief designer at Sanderson. He specialised in exquisitely drawn floral designs, such as this one featuring tiger lilies and orchids.
