Horizontal design of tulips, topiary birds, gates, hedges and trees

This wallpaper design was produced by Harry Silver for the Silver Studio in about 1900. The design shows a garden scene with heavily stylised trees, topiary hedges and tulips. The flat, repeating pattern and even blocks of colour are typical of a Art Nouveau designs in the early twentieth century.
