In the 1890s the Silver Studio produced many designs in the popular Art Nouveau style. Art Nouveau designs feature highly stylised flowers and strong sinuous flowing curves. This design for a woven textile includes stylised tulips with a flowing leaf motif, set within narrow vertical bands.
