More details

This illustrated kitchen catalogue was produced for the London-based Fleetway Manufacturing Company in the 1960s. Modern kitchens in the 1960s were modular and hard-wearing. Units such as the ones pictured here were made from plywood and finished with new materials like Formica and PVC, which were cheap and easy to keep clean. This catalogue offered 1960s customers a wide selection of units available in different shapes and colour finishes. The result was a sleek, colourful and modern design that ‘brought gaiety into your kitchen.’
