These colourful unicorns were designed by Walter Hoyle for the Palladio range of wallpapers. Palladio design range, founded in 1955 by Richard and Guy Busby, was deliberately bold and largescale and therefore suited to public spaces. The Busby brothers hoped to reinvigorate post-war wallpaper design by commissioning designs from many well-known artists and designers.
