Eldorado Waltz

Colour lithograph music sheet cover for Eldorado waltz. Lithographer - W.T.Stannard; Composed by Thomas Popplewell Royal. Published by Enoch & Sons. London. Originally published 1889, this version was possibly published circa 1905. The cover shows a gold border arch shape. Inside is a three quarter length of a woman against a blue background. She is wearing an orange dress with flowers pinned to the top of her shoulders and an orange draped tartan skirt. Black sash around her body and flowers on her hair. One hand rests on her hip, whilst the other is raised to her face, holding an orange fan. Lower left side has a floral trail and musical instruments. Lower right has text 'WALTZ / BY / T. POPPLEWELL ROYLE.' Verso has the Eldorado musical score.
