This is a colour leaflet from furniture manufacturer Gordon Russell Ltd, featuring details of an exhibition held in September 1938 to promote a new range of fabrics from Edinburgh Weavers. The fabrics featured have simple designs that make use of the plain geometric patterning and autumnal colours that were popular in the 1930s. Fabrics such as these would have been used for upholstery.
