This design for wallpaper or textile was probably by Archibald Knox for the Silver Studio in around 1900. The complex design of Art Nouveau stylised flowers and foliage is drawn in charcoal and pencil with a bottom central panel painted in turquoise, brown and blue, on a dark blue ground.
